Internet Speed Control Using Modem / Router

If you are sharing your internet connection with someone else over WiFi or LAN, you can control its Downloading and Uploading Speed limits.

Open Internet Browser and type 192.168.0.1 and hit Enter key.
Username and Password (Default) is "admin" and "admin"
Now click on "Bandwidth Control" from left menu..

Then Mark on "Enable" check box to enable control function.

Then chose "Line Type", if you are using ADSL connection in WAN port on your router then chose ADSL and if you are using a USB 3G/4G modem or WDS bridging then chose "other".

Now input Upload and Download Speed provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) after all click Save....

Now chose "Rule List" and then "Add New"

Now check "Enable" box to enable Rule function,

then enter a device (PC/ Laptop / Mobile) 

For Example if a Device having an IP address 192.168.0.210 and  you want to limit its Upload and Download Speed, just input its IP address into IP range Fields, and port range from 1 to 65535 and select Protocol ALL, then chose Egress (Upload) and Ingress (Download) minimum and maximum limits for this device, and save....

now the device having IP address 192.168.0.210 can never accede more than your limitations...
