How to Install Drivers for "Unknown Devices" in Windows" 

Some times it is hard to find missing drivers after re-installing windows OS, even sometimes on system manufacturer's website also not available. By following these easy steps you can download and install missing drivers for all unknown / known devices.

Step-1

Open Device Manager, it will show you all missing and installed device drivers,

missing drivers are marked yellow color,

Click right on any missing device and go to "Properties".

From next window, chose "Details" and then chose "Hardware ids" from drop down list, here note down VEN and DEV 4 digits Nos.

Step-2

Open www.pcidatabase.com 

Enter 4 digit VEN (Vendor) or DEV (Device) number and click on search,

Vendor search will provide information about device manufacturer and Device Search will provide all about device.

Step-3
Click on the link under Vendor Name.
on the next page press "Ctrl+F" (it will open search field)
In search field type device ID i.e 4222 and hit Enter.
Here you can find direct link of your device driver.
